How do I get started? Registering is easy. 1.) Go to LSB Online Login sign in. 2.) Click Online Services and then click eStatements. It will prompt you to review and accept the terms and conditions. Back to top
How will I know when my registration has been completed sucessfully? Once you've completed the registration process, you will receive an email confirming your successful registration. Back to top
How will I know when I can view my eStatement? You will receive an email notification whenever a new statement is available for viewing. Back to top
Why am I not receiving my e-mail notification? Your email notification may be being blocked by your spam filter. Please add the email address estatements@lislebank.com to your safe list. For more information, please consult your spam filter documentation. Back to top
Can I print my eStatement? Yes! You can print your statement. You can also save them to your hard drive, diskette, or CD. Back to top
How long will my eStatement be available for online viewing? Each monthly eStatement will remain available for viewing for 3 months after it has been posted. After 3 months have passed, your oldest eStatement will no longer be available once the latest eStatement becomes available for viewing. Back to top
What if I have multiple account numbers? Once you sign up to be an eStatement customer, all of your accounts will automatically be converted. Back to top
Are check images available with my eStatement? Yes! Your check images will be available for viewing at the time your statement becomes available. Back to top
What if I get a new email address and forget to change my email address for eStatement notifications? We are required to notify customers when their eStatement becomes available for viewing each month. You are responsible to update the email address we have on file for you if it changes. If it is not updated, your email notification will return to us as “undeliverable.” If we cannot notify you via email, we will attempt to notify you another way. If we are unable to contact you, your accounts will revert back to paper statements. Back to top
What if I decide to resume receiving paper statements again? Your ongoing consent to receive subsequent account statements electronically is voluntary and may be withdrawn at any time. To withdraw consent, please notify Deposit Operations in writing at 1450 Maple Ave, Lisle, IL 60532. Withdrawal from eStatements shall become effective no later than fifteen (15) days after receipt by Lisle Savings Bank. Back to top
